Lead Sterilization Staff Engineer/Auditor – In her present role, Kim is responsible for the MedAccred Sterilization Task Group leadership, strategy, and continuous improvement; performs and reviews sterilization accreditation audits; leads efforts with FDA in support of alternatives to routine inspections through accreditation of contract sterilizers; She continues to engage externally with support of Standards Development Organizations, other sterilization organizations and conferences through participation and leadership in working groups and task groups, presentations, publications, training, and the MedAccred representative for sterilization globally.   Kim was previously with Becton Dickinson Corp (2003 – 2022).  Her role was a sterilization leader in both radiation, ethylene oxide, and microbiology on a global scale as part of corporate BD.  Kim has been an active member of SDOs for 8 years and is also a US expert representative to the ISO TC198 WG02 for radiation.
