Associate Professor Peerasak Chaiprasart who has a life-long experience in postharvest research on fruits and vegetables, both at the fundamental as well as applied levels. His main focus is on quality of fruits and vegetables in the distribution chain and on technological developments to improve quality and shelf life of fresh produce. He also teaches “postharvest technology and management of Horticultural crops” in Bachelor, Master and Ph.D degree level.
